The food was so delicious! I think the wings are the best I've ever had. Also the Mac and cheese was addictive. The brisket was decent and the ribs were delicious. Plus the food came out really quickly! So not only was the food great, the service was amazing. I had to tip extra because the waiter was so attentive and kind. I can't wait to come back and try some more food with my family!
Honestly, it's one of the best BBQ spots I've been to. Came here with some friends while I was visiting the area, and we all decided to try it out since my friend had heard good things. Definitely did not disappoint. Everything that I ate was heavenly, and the proportions were scarily bigger than I expected. The biggest and best tasting baked potato I've had (stuffed with chicken), the lemonade was not too sweet or acidic, it was some of the best I've ever had. I can't wait for the next chance that I will have to come back to try out more of the menu (and eat more of the cornbread, lol)
We have been coming to this hidden gem for over 8 years and still carries the same standard. Food is excellent whatever we get is perfect. My favorite is the smoked chicken and the perfectly paired brussel sprouts with goat cheese, bacon and sweet pecans. Fried chicken and ribs are great too. Today's crab dip was fantastic. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable of what they have.

Our waiter, Jason, was exceptionally pleasant and attentive, making sure we had a great experience. I brought my dinner group of six the other Tuesday! We had an excellent time and all of us enjoyed our meals! The round table specifically is great for conversation. I was happy to see how busy it was! I had the waffle with mash and gravy topped with pulled pork! It was VERY good! The homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream was also delicious! I've been here once before with my group - almost 2 years ago! Truly too long! I love the 'back room' with it's own bar. It gives a speakeasy kind of feel. Our server Stephen P. was very attentive and worked with me as we added one person last minute! The Hideaway really is a special place for hometown BBQ!
